I wish I could sort this out too. I have a router and can join some sessions but not others. I could get into HeliTeknik session but not squeaky pete but no idea what the difference is.

I will explain the best i can using my router.

      Belkin,

I type in the IP address in firefox for the router homepage (mine is 192.168.2.1)

      Firewall / Virtual Server

You need to put the range of ports to forward into the box.

Thanks for your help. Ive got a netgear router and although i have accessed the Ip address etc there is nothing that looks remotely like your screen print. If anyone else has a netgear router then maybe they woud be able to help me. :-(

                Click start
                Click run
Enter cmd in the box and click OK
In the black window that opens type ipconfig and hit the enter key
Look for the line that starts Default Gateway and is followed by four numbers separated by dots and make a note of the numbers.
                E.g. Default Gateway....... 10.0.0.1

Open Firefox or any other internet browser.
In the address bar you enter the four numbers separated by dots.
                E.g. http://10.0.0.1
Hit the enter key or click the go button.

You will probably be prompted for a user name and password.
The username will probably be admin and the password may be nothing at all. Otherwise you might have to google for the <name of your router> + default password

99% of the time the routers address will be 192.168.2.1

just type this into the address bar of i.e/firefox etc.

would help to know what make and model your routers are.

That is completely untrue. It all depends on the manufacturer and model.

I spent a while on this website and it just leads you to buy software all the time. :-( My router is a Netgear DG834GT.

lol. Also I just noticed you're in Emsworth. Just down the road. Where do you fly?
