save the file and put it into 'my documents' - 'phoenixrc' - 'recordings'. Open up phoenix, and play it under the recorder..ANdy - CDMFC

It's not a video file, it's a recording that is only playable by Phoenix.
If you run a screen recording program such as Fraps, you can record the screen into a video, then post that to youtube, or here, etc.
