Phoenix flight simulation

Hello.
I have been using a Phoenix simulator for over 10 months, two days ago it started not to respond when the helicoptor is at a distance on the simulator, but working perfectly well close to.
Thinking it was the transmitter, I changed it for another but this reacted the same.
Has anybody had a similar experience with this particular simulator? Up to this point it has worked faultlessly.

Get a simstick... you will be able to use it at the end of the road... Far enough away ???
