usb Interface

Any advice on Phoenix Sim
I reinstalled the sim to my Computer, everything is ok untill I plug the interface in?
Then im told USB Interface is not installed?? I've ran the systen 4 times now but with no luck??
Its not even 6 months old. thanks for any advice.

Send the USb lead back to phoenix they will test it and replace if its faulty
