Transmitter set up

Hi,Im having trouble with set up,I only get as far as "move stick to max collective" but nothing moves and cant get any further.
help appreciated

Drivers for the USB lead/dongle you're using maybe. Can you see the device in your USB/port list when you plug it in

The Phoenix lead will not work....Look at the page at the bottom and it gives you a list of leads which will/will not work.....

As 10x says, the phoenix sim lead will not work as I believe it encrypts the signal or something like that. I've previously struggled to get a decent USB sim lead for next because most of the ones you'll get off ebay seem to have some interference making the controls 'flutter' in flight! I recently bought one of these https://hobbyking.com/en_us/dsmx-dsm...sb-dongle.html - and it works perfectly and, supports all 7 channels on my DX7.
Well worth the money!
