iMac, AccuRC, WS1000, PCM9X2 and Spektrum DM9

Just invested in AccuRC and the WS1000 to take over from my old copy of Pheonix only problem is they are refusing to play. Tx and the WS1000 are bound but I am getting no inputs inside the Sim at all. I can't calibrate or do anything, it's just like they are not connected. AccuRC appears to see the WS1000 OK though? I've fiddled and faffed and got nowhere so far. The old wireless setup for Phoenix via Simstick is still working fine.

Any pointers greatly appreciated

I've looked through that and watched Ade's video but still none the wiser!

I am not even getting that far. The Mac recognises the WS1000 and it shows up correctly in the hardware list. It's bound to my Tx as far as I can see and it shows up in AccuRC but I can't even calibrate it because the Sim just appears not to see the stick/switch movements

in tx settings, device are the bars on the right moving properly. those are raw figures if those arent

i believe there are joystick diagnostic apps on the mac app store that will tell you for sure that the mac is seeing the ws1000 properly.

Just tried a couple of Apps to test the WS1000 and it appears that the Mac can see the dongle and the dongle will bind with the Tx but the Mac is just not seeing any output from the dongle.
So either the dongle is faulty or the Tx is binding with it but not talking to it properly

Now booted the iMac into Windows and installed the Sim on there and it's exactly the same. Think i'll be sending the WS1000 back. I can't believe it's the iMac as it's not working on either OS and the hardware is fine with everything else

I have had a reply from the supplier of the WS1000 today though!

I have checked on AccurRC website and the WS1000 is a compatible dongle, If this binds to the radio then the dongle is working correctly, I would recommend emailing AccurRC and asking if they have any set up details for the software with this dongle.

So I am none the wiser. May have to find someone local who has a known working setup and try their dongle

If its not showing up in usb controllers aka "joy.cpl" or isnt working there then its nothing you are doing/not doing in AccuRC, AccuRC just takes the information displayed there and does stuff with that, if that's empty or bars arent working then the dongle is defo foobar

I started with a brand new PPM model but I get nothing inside AccuRC from any stick inputs. I may have missed something but I would expect to see something on my stick inputs. Possibly the wrong ones doing the wrong thing but I'm getting nothing at all :?

I never had any luck with my Mac and AccuRC either. Works fine on a windoze pc, but apple - no way. Tried discord to report a problem, but gave up when someone gave me a simple answer that others had it working fine. That answer wasn’t very helpful, and I now fly heli-x! Good luck Phil.
