    Hi guys,

    reading through some threads here seems some have genuine issues, some of which I am aware there are actual compatibility problems which didnt appear during beta test. These things do happen you cant test every hardware combo going.

    If you are one of the people having an issue then contact AccuRC directly its a much quicker way to get problems sorted quickly. It also helps them track and solve problems.

    By far the best way is to report it through zendesk

    Thank you for that , ive had a quick go on the Beta version and should get time to get my retail version installed this week. Im really looking forward to this !

      I am liking the sim :-)
      Even noticed that on a nitro heli when you pyro the engine sound gets quiter and then loader as the exhaust moves around.
      Just need to try and set up a Trex 600n to fly like mine on vortex newbie settings.

        Hi Guys,

        How long do the Accurc support team normally take to reply to a query ?

        I put in a ticket yesterday still not heard anything yet.

        I'm having problems with the sim hanging on the loading screen. Just started this behaviour yesterday.
        Also finding that the sim will not start up if my wifi is off, which is also problematic as sometime I use my laptop with no net connection. Is there any work around?

          There is a post on their facebook page which is saying about their update servers being offline .... and it seems like they're implying that the sim phones-home for an update check on launch.... so try waiting several minutes
          I've noticed same thing .... annoying when not online with a laptop that it takes forever to launch

                They've responded typically very fast to the couple of issues i raised.

                I understand they're somewhat busy .... hoping they do a steady stream of updates ... be nice to see on either their blog/twitter/facebook a bit more keeping the fans up to date with things but i guess they're a small dev shop so resources have to be balanced.
                Its getting better for me in terms of usabiliy ... had to do some laptop tweaks to get it running right ... main issue i have encountered with other people in our club is 1. that the entry level specs are higher than the competition and 2. the barrier to entry for tweaking and install issues etc have put off a few... like a couple cannot get the update manager to run at all so far.

                For me it worked reasonably well out the box on my Mac but i do have the high-resolution issue.... on my laptop it took some real battling to get it running (work laptop tied down security wise) and i've worked in IT for 20 years ...
