IIRC the 3 bladers ran 520's or 525's. 550mm would be fine y'know, would make it a light disc loading and abit more agile
Some say my left nipple is the shape of a Raptor canopy.......... And that for fun I chase sheep in wellies 3 sizes too big. All I know is I am 3D Clod

look at the nhp chinook blades they come in sets of 3
make sure you get the correct rotation set
then if need be reduce the tail blade length

i'm running 550's on my shuttle with the hirobo 3 blade head
with your head the yoke length my be different giving a longer/shorter disc

I'm running a set of three 520mm Spinblades black scale blades at 1790 RPM. My Lama is an electric conversion and weighs 4.46 kg. Motor is Scorpion HK-4025-890 which draws 27A from a 6S pack. If you buy blades that are too short, it spoils the scale look. Also, the Spinblades are really skinny with a 35mm cord which also improves the looks. I couldn't believe they would fly the bird when I first put them on! They are semi-symetrical so forget the inverted flight ;=))

I have a set of NHP chinook blades that I took off my Lama. Cost me £65.00 some time ago. Replaced them with the Spinblades which cost £110 delivered. If you are looking to save some money - make me an offer !

I got them direct from the manufacturer spinblades.de (Germany). Fast delivery and very reasonable postage. I have also just bought a set of 4 x 700 mm black scale for my Bolkow. Cost me an arm and a leg but WOW - super blades and a great look. Now wondering if I should replace the 600 mm razorpros on my Huey
