  • Next Scale Project

    Hi All,
Could anyone recommend a Scale Fuze to accept Outrage Fusion 50 mechanics without to much messing about.
I would rather concentrate on getting the scale bits and pieces than the mechanics.
I like the look of an Apache type heli.
    Thanks

Apache or anything with a raised tail becomes a bit more complicated in terms of mechanics - there are angled tail conversions available but they tend to be designed for Align... I believe the outrage has a larger diameter tail boom. Possible of course but not as easy. I would probably sell the outrage and buy either the specific scale mechanics or an Align airframe if raised tail is where you want to go.

Maybe someone else has some experience with something that might work for raising the outrage tail though....

Other than that, any 600 sized fuse with a straight tail should be pretty easily workable. If you are making any fuse fit any heli mechanics for which they are not specifically designed then there will be some work to do of course.... these things are never quite "drop in"
