Finally got my Trex 500 into my Heliartist V2 Airwolf.I've not added the lights yet,maybe at a later date..

The maiden will be when we get some decent weather up here and I'm off which this year hasn't happened to often
I have a FBL Microheli head for it Neil,but I'll wait to see if it fly's ok first.I was up at T2 last week with the 300,250 and 130 and I could've managed it this week but it's closed due to 3d Champs.

Very nice.I actually like the look of the flybar when they are in flight it makes the rotor disc stand out more.

About 5 inches longer,but it looks alot bigger overall then just pod and boom.
But seems to sit a little lower due to the retracts.
I think the DFC head would be too low and be liable to boom strikes.

I'm not particularly gifted...

I think anyone who is capable of doing this hobby in the first place is capable of the things I'm doing at the moment - it just comes down to a question of time, patience, and yes of course a bit of wonga to spare helps a lot.

Anyway, have you flown her yet? How does she handle?

No not yet Zee,I tend to work most Saturdays and its too dark in the evening now.So I'll have to wait for a nice Sunday,probably next year at this rate ))
I am tempted for a more in depth scale.
There is a MD900 Notar for sale on here at the moment but it's a little bit steep for me.
