  • Best liquid mask?

    Subject: Masking on a curve.

I want to repaint an MD500E canopy and have found out from the ScaleHelis forum that the best way to mask this is with a liquid masking where you apply it, let it dry, and then carefully scalpel down the paint line and remove the parts where the paint will go.

I have found three such products in the UK, Fasmask, Humbrol Maskol and Liquid Mask. Are these all essentially the same or, is there one which is better than the others please?

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.

ive used fasmask before and found it easy as its water based, same as the paints and easy to remove if you go wrong.
