  • Airwolf 700 build - Dennis RC

I'm part way through my 500 Airwolf project and I was searching the web for some additional ideas and some inspiration when I cam across a site called Dennis RC - I'm sure it may have been mentioned before but if you haven't seen it then I'd highly recommend a shifty. The main page is here

Yesterday evening I spent a ton of time looking through his Airwolf build which uses a 700 electric chassis- all 40 pages of it - inspirational to say the least!

Click here for the link to the start of the build - enjoy!

    Cheers,
    Simon

I've always fancied an air wolf but knew it would take ages to build.

I've got a trex 600e and a Russian hind mi 24 to put on it but I have not even looked at starting that

In fact, anyone want to build it for me for a fee??

My god I've always wanted an Airwolf, but now what ever I have will always be an inferior version lol

I'm afraid my Airwolf isn't going to be anywhere near that standard, but hey you gotta start somewhere! I'm learning a lot and its fun coming up with different ways of sorting problems out.

Just got two 40mm EDF fan units to drop in so that it looks just a little more life like (they won't be powered though) and they fill up the intake holes quite well, just a bit of a pain fitting them but I'll get there.... sometime!

I've been trading emails with Dennis and he's told me that the build is continuing and that he plans to add the next instalment soon!

              Cheers,
              Simon
