Hi guys - I'm in the process of putting my CX450 into an MD500e scale (from Midland Helis!) - it has Flymentor fitted which makes it fly like it's on rails in its current pod&boom form. I quite fancy a 5 blade head to give it the 'proper' look, but having just finished building a Raptor90, I don't fancy the expense of a FBL system.
Any thoughts on my options - I know FM isn't FBL by design, but might it work? Or just turn it off and fly? Would the 5 blade be controllable in a 450?
Its running the new Align 450 which has heaps of power.
