Just started on my new project, HeliArtist UH 1 450 size.

Started a web page so I can share my experiences on the build.

I guess its not a true scale heli but its a start. I'll update as I go.

Some mods are taken from other forums and I will set links and thank them when needed.

Rivets and undercoat finished

It's tedious work, super glue and wooden skewer cut off the end tip.
Dip in glue and dab in lines down the body work.

Wasn't going to do it but after a trial run on a bit off plastic card and sprayed it looked quite good.

Looking really good ! long pain staking work with rivets, gives a good effect of scale detail, but ........aren't they countersunk aircraft screws on the real thing ? i could be wrong here ! who cares ! it looks cool !.........i'll shut up & get my coat now, soz, still love it though............going now.

Quick update, most of the paintwork is finished. Still need to blackout the blue Align bits and a bit more weathering. Having pain with the tail spinning out, 401 not playing and I will change it out with my spartan.

Looks very nice indeed. I almost went for that fuse over the A109.
