  • Kamov Ka-50 with pitch controlled Trefoil for 400 size

    The largest so far resulting model has 62 cm length and is a Kamov Ka-50 Werewolf / Black Shark 1:24 scale. It has a 2 x Brushless self-built mechanism with belt drive, a pitch controlled Trefoil of Skytec model and corresponding 3D printed semi symmetrical blades. In cabin area enough place for cabin with pilot is (are two of them, already developed for the Ka-52).
    You also can fly it with to brushless converted Walkera Lama 400 and Big Lama from Esky.

          No, there is there is a video. This is to make always very complicated. There is only that of the mechanism nor as a trainer.

            That is so very neat and cool, especially the dual belt drive.
            Looks like it has two separate ESCs?
            How does the 'tail' gyro work - differential PWM control signal to the two ESCs- hmmm, how do you achieve that?

              Each Brushless Motor has its own ESC. The compensation is handled by a coax mixer. The shafts are driven with toothed belt.

                    The coax mixer was produced by Dionysusdesign in the USA. I bought several.
