    Well with a glorious day in deepest darkest Leicestershire amongst other heli related fiddling, I decided to finally maiden my scale build.... been on the bench for nearly a year but today it finally took to the skys...

    Running a 600 esp airframe, custom built torque tubes and angled gearboxes, 12s 5000, Ice2HV80, BeastX.

          wow. cannot beat a scale heli in the air ...
          1x EGS, TREX 450 PRO DFC & 130X. DX9 radio. No idea what i am doing trying to fly

                Very nice work Neale, which head and blades are you using? Also, Leicester MHC has a great website.

                  Looks stunning.
                  Scale helis do look the buisness.
                  plus being electric you get to hear the blades better adding to the scale effect

                      The blades are made by "TF Models" semi symmetrical. I think I also got the head from there.

                          They have some very tempting stuff there, the 700 version with the custom mechanics looks excellent, but also rather large

                          Can also get a lot of the stuff they carry from the German store:
