If you're in NW London the Wormwood scrubs public site used to have a pretty active and supportive heli scene. Not a club, but there was always someone flying helis there and lots of info got shared. Slough club has a pretty good heli scene as well i've heard but not been there.Gaui NX7, Vbar Neo, OS 105. Rail 696

The Watford Wayfarers Heli site that Pete Christy mentioned is in Garston - just north of watford, but still inside the M25. Their website is watford wayfarers. The site is easy to get to from Watford, but is hard to explain (for me anyway - i've only been once)
I used to fly at wormwood scrubs when i lived in london. The flying site is on the large common area near the prison. search on google for a map. Its behind the bushy bit nearest to the carpark (that you have to pay for most days unfortunately.)Gaui NX7, Vbar Neo, OS 105. Rail 696

Squareben, Many Many Thanks. Just looked them up, Watford is not far from me being in Northolt. I know of the scrubs common i lived in Acton for a while. Ill give Watford a go, Im open to any other local clubs too. I know of a person Dave fisher of FLYIN FISH who I will meet on the 30 Jan and hope he will also guide me in the right direction
