Cool! I have an old shuttle airframe I have been thinking about using for a Jet Ranger fuse. But I would want to convert to electric if it's practical. So yeah I'd be interested in seeing how yours was done.

you can get an electric conversion for the shuttle from the states
      it also keeps the clutch
look on RR in the electric conversion section or better stil put a search in for it as it may be a few pages back by now

The motor mount is very easy to fabricate using a cut down Hyperion cage type mount, one of the advantages of using the original clutch and drive bell is that the gear ratio is already sorted<and the spool up is cool>The adaptor is turned down and threaded to suit your clutch shoe<6mm will work for an OS32 crank>,
        i hope my photos help?,
cheers Euan.please note this was the original motor

Looking to convert my Hawk Pro and Sport over to Electric.

Trying to locate the shaft (Century® RC Helicopter Products) and wonder if you managed to source a similar shaft, or self-manufactured it?
