  • correct lighting for MD500. US Police livery

The scale options are only Century and Vario, so had to plumb for one of these since there are no other alternatives.

I am doing research on the correct lighting arrangement (if there actually is one) for a US police helicopter. This is for an Align MD500 fuselage for T-Rex 600 mechanics.
In the UK it appears that the arrangment of lights (particularly beacons and strobes) is fairly fluid. What matters is that there is an obstruction beacon which can either be red or white flashing plus the normal red (port) and green (starboard) nav lights. There seems to be a general trend of having a constant white light at the end of the tail.
However, any comments or suggestions on what the correct lighting might be for a US Police helicopter will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks, Ron. Very helpful. Is that CAA? I presume it might be. However, the heliFreak thread I pointed Stu towards has some really interesting points, particularly since it appears to be USA based/orientated.
