When using plywood for the base so the heli can be fixed to it, is there a fire retarder that would be recomended to be painted over the ply! or dont anyone bother with this,am i just being toooooo fussy

i havent used any. but if your going to fit a mammod steam engine you should consider it!

lol ok ill give it a miss on that one then, just picked up that fuse from h/h today,it was ment for a shuttle but richard said it woul fit any 30 size just got to alter the front skid and drop it back 15 mm.
Ive noticed that there is no suports around the engine coweling where you usually fix your canopy to, would it be wise to fit some fome or sponge inside.

mine has two extended mounts that fit against the inside of the fuse then two retaining screws from outside through itComment
