  • 50 Plus AH-64 Apache Required

OK, my Align T-Rex 600 CF is built (Thanks to Finless videos and SMC in Worthing) and now I am looking for my next project.

Although I am a huge Airwolf fan, I am keen to build myself a quality scale AH-64 Apache. Does anyone know of quality manufacturers of said fuselage?

    Regards,
    Toni

You might want to have a chat with the guys at LHC (Leamington Hobby Centre) as they do loads of scale stuff and fuselages.

The LHC apache looks rubbish, sorry but it does, it resembles an apache only, its not a scale model of one, many parts are out of scale, eg landing gear, some are just wrong, like the entire shape, some details are wrong like the Longbow radar.

If you really want a scale apache, then the LHC one is one to avoid.

The only real option is the Len Mount apache, that one is near perfect, the only part that spoils it is the exhaust for the turbine...... but an electric conversion would solve that and still have a turbine like sound (what I intend when I can afford it )

I am going to investigate that one then. I only deal in electric so that issue is not an issue.

        Thanks Rotorhead
