PL6 over the 10xp all day long. More future proof, more powerful and much easier to use

I just picked up my PL6 from the local post office today and used it to put my packs in storage mode. 2 packs were high as they are new and still being run in and two were empty from the last flying session. The high were run down to a storage charge of 3.83 per cell and the empty packs where charged up to 3.86. I remember that the PL8 was set in the same way so I went in and amended it in the settings. Any idea why they would set it like that in the factory? The other thing I can’t find is to get rid of the beeping on button press. In the settings menu it lets you set the beep volume and the number of beeps at 80% and 100%, but no setting to turn off the button beeps. It might be a setting that you can only get to via the pc but I will have to find out next week as I’m using my pc power supply cable to power the psu for the charger. I can thus only run one at a time. It’s annoying when I have 3 of them in my electrical box in my garage at home.
