Overall good service given the weather

Overall happy with the service given the weather but slightly peeved off when I opened to find I was shipped green fuel tube instead of clear as soon in the advert (Fast Lad Performance) . If color of fuel tube is based on store availability then it should be stated as such in the advert. The heli that this was going on already has green fuel tube and I wanted clear so that I could visually see that the tube was being primed of fuel.

Yeah I know they're one of (if not) the biggest suppliers of RC gear in Europe from what I've heard. On another note the swash level that I bought which was listed for a Trex-450 doesn't actually touch the balls on my Sport so I'm guessing I should of gone for the Trex-450 Pro one which has a different look to it?

Not yet Paul, about to head off out to see if I can get some food (if any left) before the next dump of snow arrives. Will do when I get back. I have shot them an email regarding the fuel tube but that was before I found out about the leveller. This is the one I purchased (Fast Lad Performance).

I've had some "Fun & Games" with Fast Lad over the past ten days, have to admit most of the problems were of my making and they were brilliant in their response and assistance given in my hour of Numb Minded Hickups!

never had a problem bought my 600le and 700le from then and they always email me when something comes in that i want also they do email back with what you have asked normally after 6pm no flys on these guys

Im sure as soon as you get on the phone to them they will sort you, by im sure shipping you the correct colour out straight away. As for the swash leveller im sure they'll point you in the right direction of the issue.

George, just got off the phone with Jamie and the issue with the fuel tube is that Align have changed it and are now tinting it green. Just compared it with the tube on my heli already and it's not too bad as the current tubing isn't very translucent whereas the Align one is. So all good there.

As for the swashplate leveller that's going to be put in the mail and changed to the Trex450 Pro one which has the 3-arms slightly longer. Probably should of called on the day I was ordering to just confirm this but at the time I didn't have any doubts.

Agree Martin. Seldom does stuff take any more than 2 days to get here. They are my "default" buying site.

Mine is Sussex but he doesn't stock swash levellers and was out of fuel tube when last speaking to him.

Mart, think it was you who recommended the Align 300-700 pitch gauge. Kudos mate. It's the mutz nutz

Glad to see we were able to resolve your issue.. I always recommend if anyone has a problem give us a quick call rather than email if you can, that way you get an instantaneous response. With email we get litterally 100's a day so a quick call will always get you sorted faster. :-)

I'm sort of BUMPING this thread back up but also I wanted to complain about the service, I mean I ordered three items yesterday just after lunch and they dident arrive until ten oclock this morning

Initially I went to my LHS to obtain the ESC that I'd blown up on my new 450 Sport but they said they wouldent have any till next week if I leave my number they give me a call!

No thanks said I, I know someone that can get me the part slightly quicker than that
