Want to repaint my plastic arc ready 2 trainer, the only thing is that it is covered in yellow paint. Cud someone tell me how to strip it off!!

You'll melt the plastic!

Try sanding it back slightly to give the new paint something to 'key' into.

You'll not need to totally strip it all off, just sand it it back slightly then wash it down and use a tack cloth to clear the dust off once it's dry then paint away!

If you are referring to a plank, place it in the middle of a field and ignite it, this should give you a few minutes of warmth whilst you fly you heli's during these cold days.
