The Crash! DJI F550 (Multicopter ) crashes into Blade 450X!

Hi,

As per title. Damage....tell ya after the vid (leave the sound on and watch in HD):

Yeah yeah I crashed into Warrens heli, get over it...

Damage, pretty bad I thought, having never crashed it before. Five Graupner props broken. Top and bottom frame ripped where the 450's blades hit it (that's a whole bunch of soldering for me to do). Well, not that bad I guess.

The 450x. Tail boom obviously! Servo wires cut along with the Beastx aerial's and the ESC lead (those Graupners are sharp!). You can see in the vid as the 450 hits the F550 sideways and the blades chew along it's flank. Of course Horizon Hobby will replace it for free! Yeah, I know!

Yes, we're still friends! It was both of ours first crash and we got it on video so it was BRILLIANT! (Hope someone watched the Fast Show).

Thanks! I keep laughing when I see it. I don't know why YouTube won't default to HD. It looks pixelly otherwise. I think that view count is incorrect. It shot up after an hour, but who am I to complain?

All rebuilt now. Got some GensAce 4S 5000mah hard case lipos which look awesome! Hard case lipos! Genius!

Made me laugh too with the music and the slowmo. I've got myself another dji 450 frame, just need some motor's and esc's and I'll be annoying the moo cows again! Can't wait. :P
