  • Kyle Dahl Best Music Video I reckon

    Hi Guys,

Don't know if this has been posted before, but this music video of Kyle Dahl at IRCHA this year is IMO the best music video I've seen by far.

Best part for me was at 2mins 16seconds

    Enjoy

That sure was one impressive flight!
I'm a big fan of Bobby Watts' fly to music vids but Kyle gets my vote on this one.
Now lets see him do one at night with a shed load of explosives...

Superb find Mattie. Give you that one. Did Kyle win Ircha 'The One' 2011?

Robertson, Watts, Dahl and Maxwell are all superb fliers to music, but this video is just unreal. I expect the same from you at the Champs Mr Lodge!

Although good, it's not the best. Anyone that skilled can fly to a series of music types and timing. He's got a long way to go before he reaches the heights of Duncan, who in my opinion is without doubt the best at the moment.

                        Interesting comment Dave,

I think here we have two different ways to fly to music. Duncan's way and the more up to date way perhaps!

Duncan when he flies to music I believe flies to the mood of the music, Kyle in his video above picks out certain parts and really emphasizes them with certain moves.

An example of Duncan's superb music flying

Both Bloody great fliers in their own rights
                        Cheers Matt

Mattie, Bobby Watts was flying to different tracks/styles/tempos in the Masters 2007 which I reckon is the best flight to music ever, so it's nothing new. I firmly believe choosing one track that you can visualise and pick out the parts that you can fit a move into takes far more thought than picking tracks that can fit the parts of your flying. Duncan widely uses Muse because of the light and shade that comes from the score. Dahl is however my 2nd fave at the moment

Edit : I've just clicked on the link to Duncs vid, one of his best.
