lol - the auto wasn't one of my best for sure - but I need to find a bit more grunt out of the engine and fine tune my pitch control a bit more. This was the first flight with the top bolt on the head so its got 12+/- but if I put the links on the middle of the blade grips it would be 20+/-!!!

More practice and a bit more fine tunning on the vbar and it should be there - mind its only running on 20% Optifuel non SLV at the moment, so might try 30% SLV and see how that fairs.
        Cheers

Didn't take to many pictures of the field but this gives an idea of size

                  field1.jpg

Probably a minimum of 150 yards to any boundary from the cars, with about 200 yards to the entrance which was down a slight hill (off to Davey's right)

Thanks, I dont consider myself a 3d pilot more someone who's just stretching my wings and having some fun. Its funny as the day progressed we start baiting each other to do something different. I got a bit carried away with some very low rolls not leaving much room for error but it looks good...lol.

Unfortunately when I decide I'm into a set move if the ground comes up and hits the heli well better luck next time. I dont get enough spare time to sit on the sim, so any practice has to be done old style up high. Then once im semi comfortable I will get close to the ground with it. I can do my hurricanes all day long fett off the ground without in one direction so I need to focus on the other now and more transitions between moves.

But its all fun, if your not having any fun its not worth doing.
                      Cheers
