Many years ago, the Queen Mum got a fishbone stuck in her throat at Xmas. Everyone thought she was going to pop her clogs, so ITN dispatched a helicopter to take some pictures of the castle in Scotland where this happened. The cameraman was sat in the back with the door removed, in a survival suit (middle of winter, remember!) and his feet on the skids, hanging out the side with a largeish camera. My mate (and fellow model heli flyer) was the sound recordist, sat up front with the pilot.
As they approached the castle, he was chatting to the pilot and mentioned that it was the first time he'd ever been in a Bolkow. Over the intercom, he said "its supposed to be fully aerobatic isn't it?" "Yes," says the pilot, "Do you want to try a loop?"
"NNNNOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"
Came a loud scream from the back!!!
