I am not even sure what a bec does?

i am confident in setting up my trex 500efl

which wires go where on the 600.
please help as I dont want to fry anything
also, once connected how do I swich it on as i see the bec has its own battery.

The BEC is a Battery Elimination Circuit. It provides the power via the Lipo to the Rx. This just connects to the Rx on a spare channel or via a 'Y' lead to any channel. Use this to set up the Heli with the servos. Once this is done, you then need to program the ESC, or leave it at default depending on the ESC you have. But the CC80HV will require the Throttle end points setting up.

Wiring the AR7200BX. Left and right cyclic servos are exchangeable in pitch (Aux) and Aileron. elevator to elevator channel. No need to connect the Throttle cable from the ESC until you have gone through the programming of the AR7200BX. The Manual is pretty good for the basic setups.

NO switch needed. I use an extension lead from the RX and connect this to the BEC lead when powering up.
