so whats it doing just not tuning up?? usually when they do that its an airleak of some description. Is it a pumped engine? How old is it? what plug are you using? how many shims in the head and what fuel?

Sorry for lots of questions but theres lots of things to tick off

When i try to start the engine, needles 1.5 out both,
It wont start, I have to struggle starting it,at some point it will start for two seconds with zoooooooooom sound,very high throttle,even my stick is on 1/4. and then rev down. I checked so by removing the rotor head.Because if i dont do so, the clutch engages the bell as soon as engine starts and as i have holded the main blades, burning smell and smoke of clutch liner comes out of clutch bell.I have recently replaced clutch with raptor 90 heavy duty 3d clutch and new liner.Its an os max hz 91 with os#8 plug. I dont know tht is it pumped or not.Fuel is 16% nitro.

is the engine lined up properly?? that sounds like the clutch is binding and not allowing it to tickover. TBH that sounds like you may be best meeting up with trillian to check its all inline and something isnt amiss

Yes, engine is aligned properly. Is it possible that the engine is gone, like sometimes people report that a hole is developed in piston etc.?
And yes I have discussed with trillian,he is about 30min drive away from my place. I believe he il crack this beast down.

Trillian is a girl!!

It is possible theres an engine fault. Without actually seeing it myself id just be stabbing in the dark here now. Ill leave you in Trillians very capable hands! Keep me posted on how you get on dude!
