main shaft bearings

Hi dudes hope your having a nice saturday evening
I got a belt cp from china, short story it was in a bad way, all shafts were bent and vibes coming form everywhere even when i bought new shafts, ive found and fixed certtain vibes thanks to help here but i think this could be the main problem. would anyone know if the main shaft, once it reaches the 3rd bearing should it be able to easily slide through the third one easily, cos as you see in pis its way off center and it was like this when i got it but i forced it over but im thinking this is puttiong stress on the shaft thus the main frame and motor etc.

can anyone confirm this or tell me htf its got like this, have i bought a heli thats been in a bad crash and needs new main frame? not bothered about cost just sick of vibrations.

the hole needs to be about 2mm south east of the bearing to be a nice fit looking at it.

not sure if the shaft mount comes with it but i wouldnt use your old 1

that limk is where im getting my frame from in a couple of weeks.

thanks bro im all out now for this year ill just have to fly with vibes then i guess but anythings better than plastic. that hole on mine looks really old and worn and that bothered me when i first saw it the day i got it, unless its just the way the plastic is moulded...badly.

ive decided to drop the middle bearing it should be strong enough for now just with the top and bottom.
