  • Swash movement on TH and throttle calibration problem

Hi all I've just put on a new DFC head on my 450pro Vbar.

What is strange is that I notice that the swash does not move down now when I hit TH. All my other heli's 550 vbar, mcpx, 130x and flybarred 450 have a swash movement downwards when I hit TH.
Have I setup something wrong this time around?

Also noticing a weird intermittent problem with my throttle. I'll try my best to explain. I start up in normal mode at full low stick I have no turning of the motor(as expected) But after a short hover when I land I go to full low stick and the motor is still turning a little under power. I then have to hit TH to completely cut the motor. When I deactivate TH the motor has no power at full low stick as normally expected. This behaviour will cycle. This seems really strange. Do I need to rebind at low stick again or do I need to recalibrate my ESC?

    Surinder.

Ok Sunny has asked me to look into my pitch curves for TH and normal modes. They are both set linear I think that's why no swash movement. All my other heli's are setup with less negative in normal mode. So this is what the issue is I think.

I think my ESC need to be recalibrated. But I have had to move my end point on my Tx for Vbar to see +100 and -100 in the Tx calibration step.

Any ideas how to calibrate the ESC with the end points that Vbar is happy with?
