What heli. They're all different, some direct, some off square to the rest of the heli, some direct to swash etc

I think more info required here. Changing to a different make, size, speed ? Just a straight swap to a fresh one of the same type just means it needs the arm to be same as the old one, for the same radial output. And that it be zeroe'd to as close to 90 degrees as poss, but that's pre guessing your intentions Martin.

Trex 450 SEV2, hack, freeby, but getting expensive. Binned the bu**er !

mCPX, better than a Phoenix anyday.

Brains and thumbs work okay, but not at the same time.

As said it differs complete for each model, but the general idea is to take horns off and plug servos directly to Rx. Make sure you have no subtrim or trim, then fit the horn so that it is as close to 90 degrees to the link as possible, the fine tune with subtrim or equivalent. Don't use subtrim if you're using a flybarless controller or a cyclock etc.

That would be at midd stick at 0 degrees when it should be 90 degrees for your servo arms right Harry

Correct. A* to you, you passed my test.

Sorry I'm tired. As Peter says, that should be at mid stick, 0 pitch.
