    What model?

There should be supports for the tail rod fitted to the boom, this prevents the rod from bending.

Make sure they are fitted, tight and equally spaced along the boom.

OK your slider is probably to blame here you got it over tightened take off rod and see if it moves freely there should be a 0 force policy on your tail slider loosen off the nut to the tail slider if it still has force move down and check tail spindle remember when tail rotas are moving your adding more force and if its stiff at stand still the servo mite be only just moving it so when you spool up its to much and you get the rod bending

just go over it all again

      hope this helps

if not im sure some1 will point some more info at you

Yes, there should be tail rod guides that are attached to the tail boom, this guides the rod forwards and backwards and illuminating the bend.

I don't quite understand your post, but all I can say is make sure all the bolts and screws on the tail and nice and secure, and basically just check for anything that's loose and doesn't feel right

You probably have a few bent bits. Even if the slider slides ok the shaft can be bent. Other suspects are the feathering shaft and main shaft, assuming the blades hit something.
