    TBH mate I find it difficult to believe that it was the subtrim that was causing your problems - subtrim does not effect how much servo throw you get, it only effects where the servo centre is and the endpoints move in unison with it. As I mentioned previously it was more likely due to having your endpoints at 60 and 100. Remember that these values would also of been cleared when you do a model reset.

      Change one thing at a time - add the subtrim back in to get the arms level at zero degrees and then re-asses your total cyclic and collective pitch ranges.

      You may well be pretty close right now and not need new arms.
