    Ahhhh,

    Need to pin the boom

Drill a hole on where the boom starts to enter the TT Hub and then put a screw in there

You should have a Pin hole pre-drilled?

I know when i purchased a new 600 TT Hub it came with a screw and a pre drilled hole.

    Take a look here:

Make sure you take the TT out before you drill it though!
Unlike the previous owner of my 700! (mentioning no names, eh Mike )

I thought the 700 came with a pre drilled hole for a screw?

I know my 600 did and my 550 does

Mine has one wrap of tape around the front of the boom and that stops it.
It normanly happens when oil from the fuel helps it slip, and also after time i think the plastic stretches at the boom clamp that then allows it to turn.
