  • torsion carbon blade attachment

    hi folks,
My brother just got a set of Torsion carbon blades to put on his mini titan. We're both fairly new to 6 ch helis and we have only used wood blades up till now. All the wood blades we have used have had blade grips/spacers attached, or had 2 drill holes for attaching grips/spacers. These torsion carbon blades neither have attached blade grips/spacers or the extra hole for attaching grips/spacers.
Do we just attach them to the heli as is? They do seem thick enough already.
    Any advice much appreciated.

    Cheers

if they're the right thickness already then just fit them.

Yep. Check they are balanced and bung em on ! This is how carbons are constructed. If you are new to cp helis... Are you sure that you want to be using carbons? They cost more and they can eat a heli......If you are still at the regular crashing stage it may be a good idea to hold off on fitting them for a bit. Just my 2p !

        Hi
You will probably need to get some of these to fit after market blades to the Mini Titan.

          cheers

          thanks guys.
i'll pass the info onto my brother. He's a fairly decent pilot. Not 3d flying yet but he can keep the heli from crashing (most of the time). Me on the other hand...! Ive got a servo to buy or fix, and some blades to buy before i can attempt flying again.
thanks for the help, much appreciated,

          Liam
