Real Bad Tail Wag

Havent even got the heli off the floor yet, when i lift the over corretion of the gyro/tail is bad, how do i need to attack this problem, it does it on hh and normal mode, is a futaba s3116 fast servo digy or analog? i turned the gyro down to 20% that didnt work so its back at 50%

it's an anologue servo ...what gyro and what sort of wag is it ?? slow like gyro or fast like frequency ?? what gyro ??.. .also what settings on the gyro as well .. .as well as distance from centre of servo to ball link ...

a few things to check, Have you got the linkage the correct distance form the center of the servo, is the gyro fastend properly, is ther any play in the tail rota assembly, also it may help if you post your model details.

unforunatley i havent. i have to wait till next week till payday for a servo.

you can play about with the settings in the gyro to change it from digi to analogue and try some delay ..if that dont work then get a nice 9257 tail servo

sounds like he could use a bit of your help mike to show him the ropes a little, although isn't gain of 50 on hh a little low, i know im on spektrum, but i get worried on hh if mine is below 90%
