  • Idle up - 600e

    I have just set up my idle up curve as follows;

    85% throttle throughout

    pitch linearish 0,25,50,75,85
    low -9
    mid 0
    high +9

    is 85% enough ?

    Like I said mike. If your hovering around it should be fine. You might want to set the top of the curve to 100% so you get
    85-85-85-inh-100.

    That way you should avoid bogging the head.

      i use flatline 90 in idleup1 and flatline 100% in idelup2. Normal is purely for spoolup. Some would set normal to 0,90,90,90,90. It dont bother me too much though as i flick straight into idleup and let the smooth start on the Align ESC do its job.

                Yip defo want flatline 90 and 100. Ive just gone up one on the pinion and its much better but before i did that i was finding that i was flying around in idleup2 (flatline 100) all the time. Now i actually change in and out of idleup occasionally.

                Cheers

                  okay i tried 85% and that was too slow, actualy slower than my normal curve at 3/4 stick

                  95% was almost right, but i have set it to 100% flat line

                      yeah done another few bats yesterday.

                      was doing nose in and banked turns with it at 100% throttle, anything less and it struggles a bit.

                      really smooth to fly and stable

                      hows the 500 ?
