Blade 400 set up issue

Can anyone help please, although I'm miles away from flying her yet. Thought I test my blade to make sure all the controls work etc. It should have been RTF. But when I turn transmitter on, then connect the battery as shown in the instructions with the blade & spektrum. The gyro stabalizes (thinks that what I should say) ie red light on, but when I move the controls on the transmitter nothing happens, but i expect to see movement etc. any idea/help would be greatly appreciated

may be an idea to try re binding the tx. its in the manual how to do this.

have you double checked connections although if the gyro is coming on then theres power could be that the transmitter isnt binded to the receiver or something it broken

just go for it fella, whats the worst that can happen,,,,,,,,oh yea,,,,,,,,,it could get a little messy, but you may as well give it a go.

i take it the throttle hold and idle up mode are in the normal positions ?

when it initalises there should be a tone type sound from the heli.

no tone what so ever, found a video guided on you tube which I'm about to try, jut didnt want to start taking her apart yet like shown in the manual

all fine now, rebound the tx\rx......now how addictive is that sound when you power up.......what have I got myself into!!

wait until you hear the blades cut the air with a little pitch, now thats addictive.

It is mate, it really is, take advice from somebody who's been there, get help, please, it can be heart breaking when she hasn't even flown and she.... well breaks. So training gear and help. You will love her though, I know I do.
