    hi there i have just started the hobby about a month ago and i come to have my 2nd lesson the other day to get told i need a new clutch bearing so i ordered the new ones same size etc and installed them today when i spin my blades clockwise my tail rota does not move if i spin it aunticlockwise they move but the main blades jerk i did not have this problem before could this be i have put in the bearing the wrong way? any help would be great thanks liam

    If your heli has a tail belt and you had to take the belt off the drive gear to change the bearing in question, did you twist it the right way when fitting it again?

    What heli are we talking about here?

      hi rob the heli was set up by a person of many experoance and has been flying 3 times the heli is a jr cp i did not need to take off the boom just the engine out

        I'm not familiar with this heli, But reading your thread i'd say it doesn't have a fully driven tail hence it only spins when the mains are turned counterclockwise, The jerky action could be caused by the clutch bell dragging on the clutch possibly a sympton of not having the engine aligned correctly
