T-REX 500 Setup with DX6i (novice)

Hi again

Well all is now good with the servos but i'm sure that the tx is still not set up correctly.

Does anybody know how to set the trex up with the dx6i for a novice user?

I'm using Hitec HS-5245MG servos and a GY401 Gyro. The tx is a Spektrum AR6200.

My settings are currently as follows:

I think thats all of the settings covered. So compared to what they are currently set at, does anyone know what they should be set for a novice user?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Althrough Im still waiting for delivery of my 500 Super Combo I have been playing with settings on my DX7 with Phoenix T500.
If all the servo's are working in the right directions(test with motor leads disconnected) then on the radio I'd suggset normal mode to test fly throttle curve 0,25,50,75,100 and pitch curve 0 to 45, 50, 50 75, 85 this is to test fly only then you will need to input your own settings

save yourself alot of time, money and injurys and go to Midland Helicopters in the morning and get them to help you
