GY240 gyro set up

Hi all, i have a trex 450s it has hitec 65s allround including the tail and im trying to install a gy 240 giro ihave followed the instructions but when i power up the tail servo has way to much travel one direction and to little the other but also returns to the neutral point really slowly. Im using a DX6I with the AR100E and and all travel ajustments are set equaly any advice gratefully received.

I have exactly the same barring the Trex / 65's and i've just fitted the gy240 gyro and found it slow............have you got any (sub trim) or and are all your (travel adjustment) at a 100%as they should be plus you can (int) your tx gyro settings as this gyro is totally set by manual adjustment on the gyro itself as you may know................what i have done is to set my rudder expo setting to -100% in an attempt to give it a faster response.
