guys i'm getting ready to put my servos into the 90 and it's been a while from i set a heli up so do i set my end points on all the servos before i do anything else like dr/expo and so on .... thanks guys .... Raptor 90 SE ....

The first thing you want to do is set the servo mid point and mechanical linkage for zero pitch, getting the linkage as close to 90 degrees all round. Once you have all the linkage as close as possible mechanically there will be times where you won't be able to get the servo arm at exactly 90 degrees with the servo centered, so you can then use a bit of sub-trim to get everything as close as possible and swash levelled at mid-stick.
After that you can set the endpoints and high / low pitch, level the swash at the top and bottom of its travel etc.Kasama, Minicopter, Henseleit, JR, Shape, Beam

With the swash level at mid-stick hopefully it is then pretty much level at high and low stick as well (should be with the Raptor's mechanical mixing) and you have equal +/- pitch. Then the servo travels are really just about maximum movement without binding.
