You need a parallel charge lead such as 4mm Banana plug with 6 x JST plug charging harness [JSTPARALEAD] as well as a parallel balancing lead (which is the one you have bought).
It goes between the charger and the main battery (discharge) leads.

I did read your post and watched the video. I'm so much cleverererer now thanks!
Cables and charger on their way to me now!
Just need the weather to warm up a bit.

I highly recommend getting one of these:- Search - capacity checker
.....to check the charge/balance status of your lipos and the individual cells within them.
