check the wire' s in the White ballance lead , if one of these is not connecting it would give you the same reading

I checked all leads they all seem solid

Battery is toast then

There is a procedure that can sometimes recover a bad cell by charging the single cell through the balance lead very slowly on NiXx type battery settings, until the voltage comes up above 3V, then charge as normal. This can work well on slightly over discharged batteries, but if the cell is showing totally zero it's probably not worth the effort / risk.

Fortunately new 3s 2200mAh batteries are pretty cheap.

cheers mike HK seem to come up trumps everytime price wise, last two 22's i bought were £26, will look for some on HK with ec3 connectors,

No, because he measured voltage at the main output power connector.

To save starting another thread,
as a rule of thumb for charging, if i have 800mah battery charge at 0.8 amps, and a 2200 mah battery charge at 2.2 amps,
