New tail set up for trex 500 shaft issues

Hi
So i buy a nice new align tail unit for my trex 500 after some employee from specsavers drove over the last one and the issue is with the slide shaft? The shaft (black) slides in but the thread seems to be heald in place by a bolt actually in the tail rotor holder but when spinning up the shaft seems to un screw itself so the whole shaft disconnects with the rotor holder.
The shaft is to be glued but is that the only thing stopping it coming out or am i missing the plot or part here but looking at the instructions they all look there?

Well i have found the deal and i find it amazing that it only hinders on superglue. This guy obviously had a crash not using it...strange set up though...
