Flybarrless system

Hi Martin, I converted both my Raptors (one a 50 & one a 30) to FBL using Spartan Vortex. Very easy setup and both fly (hover about quite happily!). Would recommend them to anyone, also price wise they are very competitive for the quality.

BeastX has got to be one of the simplest/best. If you're on spektrum, the AR7200BX is the one to have.

For a few more beer tokens, the Spartan VX1n is pretty easy too, but I would still say the BeastX is simpler.

Beastx is the simplest to set up, cheap and works very well and for a novice look no further.....IMHO!!

BeastX is simple once you read the instructions. VBAR express is great & easy to setup if you follow the instructions on the screens.

both are great units for a beginner.

Looks like i'm swimming against the tide but if price is any consideration the Kbar cant be overlooked, and if price isn't a big factor then the genuine Vbar. It's hard to see how setup could be any easier than with Vstabi software?

Don't you have to program the beastX with wiggling of Tx sticks and LED lights?... Surely that cant be as intuitive as PC software with idiot proof pictures and diagrams as found on other FBL units?

Having done both many times the BeastX is simpler, a great manual walks you through it. Once done, much the same as V Bar software it becomes second nature.

Beast x as it is easy to set up and you don't need a laptop to adjust. I'm a fan of the K bar/V bar but you do need to use something to set up and make adjustments
