A fair turn out - a few extra wouldn't have gone a miss - but selecting the date for it I had forgotten about the bank holiday weekend. We had a good day overall a few bangs my son's 450SE suffered its first real bump nothing too major.

The fixed wings seemed to have more dings than the heli's - as a venue to proper 3D heli's it doesn't really work. For pottering around and slow fly's and learners its perfectly suited for.

Good to meet a fair few and I will be chatting with the owner to get a price and see if we can setup an monthly meet. I do believe the venue has potential for more.

I believe this is the gentleman in question, how the blades survived that strike on the boom is anyone's guess.

Was a pleasure to meet everybody, very friendly, would recommend Stu's fly-ins to anyone.

His mother will be more surprised he stood still long enough for a picture as soon as she get her camera out he's usually left a dust trail behind.

He's been on the sim since getting back to perfect his nose in and has recorded himself to prove he can do it - lol.

Once repaired he'll know doubt be jumping to get to the field to try it out again....

Yeah Stuart...whens the next one?...as you say a bit restricted for the 3D boys but for me and my Mini Titan...just the job.
