Suitable Sites between Newcastle and Teesside

Hey all,

Bit of a random one, but on Sunday I'm travelling down to Teesside to do Go Karting. I'm packing my Fusion 50 in the car to show my mates. Are there easily accessible fields near or just off the A19 I can nip into to have a couple of flights just to show the model off?

BTW, it's my mother's birthday tomorrow so I'm visiting them while they're at their carvan in Durham so I'm going there first in the morning. I'll be at the school for about 1 if that's OK?

No problem mate I will be at the school from around 10 to setup with stuart and brian it kicks off around 1pm ring me when you get near so I make sure you get through the gates.

Google map-Kirkleatham show ground Redcar. The club is on the field next to it, its known as the "overspill carpark" Mainly plank fliers, there is a large strip which is pretty easy to see from the entrance. Might be down there myself tommorow if I'm not lumbered with grandkids.
